The Oregon Medical Group Management Association (OMGMA) mission is to promote and support healthcare leaders through
education, advocacy, and resources.
The OMGMA is a growing and vital organization with more than 300 members engaged in healthcare administration representing over 5,400 physicians. Our members are closely connected and utilize their network to build professional skills and create collaborative, collegial relationships. Our organization is favorably perceived by medical organizations and physician group owners and seen as a necessary affiliation for their administrative staff. Professional development programs offer relevant, accessible and affordable educational opportunities tailored to various skill and experience levels. OMGMA appropriately utilizes their members to provide faculty for educational programs and mentoring opportunities. Our financially sound organization has a productive governance structure with a Board and committees that are relevant, highly interactive, and attuned to the needs of its members.
