Base fee:
  • *Members may add ADDITIONAL STAFF (Guest Registration $170 per person) with paid registration:
    - Member or Non-Member registration required prior to registering Additional Staff from same office.
    - Individuals eligible for membership in OMGMA may not register as additional staff but are invited to join OMGMA and take advantage of lower pricing available to our members.
  • * WSMGMA Members may add ADDITIONAL STAFF (Guest Registration $170 per person) with paid registration:
    - WSMGMA Member or Non-Member registration required prior to registering Additional Staff from same office.

    If you are attending the conference a discounted Pre-Conference Workshop registration is available.

Discounts for Multiple Registrations

If you are registering yourself and additional staff, be sure to register the additional staff at the same time you are registering for the conference. When completing your registration, click on "ADD Guest" and complete a registration form for each additional staff member you would like to register. Remember meals are included with additional staff registrations.

Earn a total of 11.0 ACMPE Continuing Education Credit Hours and AAPC Credit Hours

American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE) and AACP credit hours have been assigned to this program. We will supply, upon request, a certificate of attendance to use for submission for potential CE hours from additional accreditation bodies.

Discounted rooms are available for the evenings of Wednesday 9.19 and Thursday 9.20. These discounted rates are only available until August 17 OR the room block sells out, whichever comes first. We recommend you make your room reservation as soon as possible.                                  


Eligible OMGMA Conference Attendees Are

  • An individual employed by or retired from a medical group, hospital or healthcare system, practice management firm or other independent business entity providing current administrative management to one or more medical practices.
  • A full-time student in a college or university working toward a degree related to healthcare administration.
  • A person whose primary profession is teaching business or healthcare administration at an accredited college or university

Any person who works for a company who offers or sells products and services to medical providers may not register for this conference at the attendee rate. Violators of the eligibility policy will have their registration automatically cancelled and their registration fees refunded.
