Your Board of Directors is recommending changes to the Oregon MGMA Bylaws in order to keep up with membership characteristics and changes in the industry, as well as to add clarification to our existing bylaws.
Ahead of a vote by the Active membership which we are scheduling for late April and will be needed in order to ratify the recommended changes, we are welcoming member comments and questions through various forums:
